- Al-Jaziri Group, Dubai has proposed the construction of a Super tall building project located in Dubai.
- The proposed building will be having stilt plus Four podium levels plus Sixty-Nine upper typical floors for approximately 250 apartments including luxurious villas with three levels of basements, a Ground floor level & Amenity recreational floor level plus LMR with a total height of approximately 326.5m with tower dimensions of 34m X 34m approximately.
- The amenities include six levels of car parking, a swimming pool deck, reception areas, a gymnasium, etc.
- The Structural system of the building consists of a robust Central Core with Link beams, Peripheral Columns & blade walls in combination with External Outriggers with Partial Peripheral belts at every one-third height of the building which was found to be efficient enough to cater to the lateral loads in both the directions & satisfy the serviceability requirements of the provisions of the codes.
