INFORMATION
The M3M 65th AVENUE launched by M3M India. Located in sector 65, Golf Course Ext. Road Gurgaon, Delhi, India.
To meet the Architectural demands different shear wall, column & spandrel with variable position, width and
length were provided.
Core walls enhanced to make LLRS system
The Existing RAFT steel satisfied by adding foundation floor shear walls for distributing the moments for the new LLRS System.
Slabs thicknesses were optimized for complete towers for cost efficiency.
The service floor was provided with Outriggers to safely deliver wind loads to the foundation.
Gravity system at 1st & 2nd Floor is Structural Steel Composite decking for double height floors below.
Grade of concrete for shear walls were optimized to reduce the cost.
