INFORMATION
- Piramal Aranya is a residential development project located in Byculla, Mumbai, India having an approximate building height of 194.8m from ground level to terrace level consisting of Two-wings.
- The project is primarily residential with recreational amenities and parking spaces integrated into the common podium and basement spaces.
The Tower-C configuration is as follows:
- Wing-C1: 3 Basement+ Ground+ 10 Podium + 49 Typical Floor+ 1 Service + Terrace + LMR floors
- Wing-C2: 3 Basement+ Ground+ 02 Podium + 56 Typical Floor +1 Service + Terrace + LMR floors
Typical floor-to-floor height configurations are as follows:
- Basements 03 & 02- 3.1m
- Basements - 1 4.2m
- Ground Floor - 3.1m
- 10 No’s Podium - 2.95m
- 47 No’s Typical Flr -3.25m
- Wing-C2: 3 Basement+ Ground+ 02 Podium + 56 Typical Floor +1 Service + Terrace + LMR floors
- The structural system of the building consists of the core of order 54.6m and 22.4m in the X and Y-directions respectively.
- Tower-C being a height of 205.2m (from the base) converts to a slenderness ratio (height/Dimension) of the LLRS of 3.76 and 9.16 for the X and Y directions respectively. Further due to the height and plan dimensions of the towers, wind governs the design of the LLRS.
- Blade columns/walls formed an important part of the LLRS system & it is designed for lateral forces along with gravity forces and is detailed as ductile.
