DUBAI
Al Waleed Paradise is also one of the high-rise residential buildings in Jumeirah Lake Towers which is an emerging free zone district in Dubai. It is primarily located at the Cluster R of the latter that consists of 3 basements, ground floor, and around 33 floors for apartments and two exclusive penthouses on the last floor.
The main design criteria for this project were for the twin towers to represent a gateway that would usher visitors into Sheikh Zayed Road. The concept for the towers is one of a huge silver frame connecting the whole building as if it were the extended handle of a “rack-up canister”. With its glimmering finish, it is intended to be imagined as a precious piece of jewelry decorated with silver blades surrounding a shining piece of diamond, which is represented by the main glass body of the tower
