- STAR LIVING is a residential development project located in Thane, India.
- M/s Theme Developers Pvt Ltd, Thane have proposed construction of high-rise building project located on CTS Nos 7, 8, 30 & 31 of Prashant Nagar having Tikka Nos 19 & 21 at Gokhale Road, Prashant Nagar, Thane (W).
- Proposed building will be having stilt plus Sixty-Seven upper typical floors for approximately 450 apartments with two levels of basements, Ground floor level, Four levels of Amenity recreational area plus LMR level & swimming pool floor as the uppermost level with total height of approximately 234.85m (from Ground floor to swimming pool level) with tower-dimensions of 26m X 50m approximately.
- The amenities include 450 No’s of car-parking, 2-Wheeler parking, swimming pool, spas, reception areas, games room and a gymnasium
- The Structural system the building consists of robust Central Core & Stem walls in combination with link beams and few lateral governing shear walls which was found to be efficient enough to cater to the lateral loads in both the directions.
- Wind tunnel consultant observed that careful shaping of this slender tower helped in reducing the expected crosswind response significantly, which otherwise would have resulted in an uneconomical structure.
